Group Coaching

Here are the 3 groups that I offer:

Group 1 - Rise - ACC Renewal, Mentor Coaching Group – Always in September ending in November in time to get your renewal into the ICF by the end of the year.

  • This group meets once a week for 9 weeks and provides you with 7 hours of group mentor coaching. (The ICF will only accept 7 Group Coaching hours, the rest have to be one on one) You are welcome to attend all 9 sessions, but you must attend at least 7 to get the necessary hours you will need for renewal. 

  • Group Sessions include peer coaching, feedback, discussion, and exploration of the ICF Core Competencies. 

  • Optionally, you can add 3 one on one ICF Mentor Coaching hours with me to complete the requirement. Individual sessions run concurrently with the group sessions and must be done before the beginning of December.
    -- $1400.00 Full Group Program - 9 Group Hours and 3 one on one sessions
    -- $950.00 – Group Program only
    -- $195.00 - any additional sessions

Group 2 – Elevate - From ACC to PCC, Mentor Coaching Group– Always in January ending in June in time to apply for PCC

  • This group meets once a week for 6 months and is exclusively for those ready to do the personal development and coaching skills work necessary to move from ACC to PCC. The ACC was meant to be a starting point and renewal for more than a few times is not recommended. Coaching is about moving forward so that you can guide your clients to do the same. 

  • Group Sessions include peer coaching, feedback, discussion, and exploration of the ICF Core Competencies at the PCC level. 

  • Optionally, you can add 3 one on one ICF Mentor Coaching hours with me to review your recordings in person. Individual sessions run concurrently with the group sessions and must be done before the beginning of June.
    -- $3225.00 Group Program – 6-months weekly and 3 one on one ICF Mentor Coaching hours.
    -- $2700.00 – Group Program only

  • NEXT SESSION: January 2022

Group 3 – Soar - Becoming a Master, Mentor Coaching Group – Always in February ending in November.

  • This group meets once a week for 10 months and is exclusively for those ready to do the personal development and coaching skills work necessary to move from PCC to MCC. The work to move from Conscious Competence of the PCC to Unconscious Competence of Mastery and the MCC is the most profound work that a Coach can do in their career. It requires, courage, awareness, and a real desire to grow to have profound impact on your clients. Join a group of highly skilled coaches on their quest to Mastery. 

  • Group Sessions include peer coaching, feedback, discussion, and exploration of the ICF Core Competencies at the MCC level. 

  • Optionally, you can add 10 one on one ICF Mentor Coaching hours with me to review your recordings in person. Individual sessions run concurrently with the group sessions and must be done before the beginning of December.
    -- $5250.00 Group Program – 6-months weekly and 10 one on one ICF Mentor Coaching hours.
    -- $3750.00 – Group Program only
    -- $175.00 – Per recorded session review
